PumpProof ("the Service") is an educational research publication. It publishes impersonal, uniformly-computed risk scores and flags about publicly traded securities, derived from public SEC filings and market data. Every visitor sees the same score for the same ticker at the same time.
The Service is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and is not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or short any security. PumpProof is not registered as an investment adviser or broker-dealer, does not provide individualized advice, does not know your circumstances, and has no fiduciary duty to you. Scores are risk reads on a setup — not predictions of price. Stocks with high scores sometimes keep rising; stocks with low scores sometimes fall. Our public receipts ledger exists precisely to show both outcomes.
Scores and flags are derived by automated heuristics from third-party and government data sources that can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and the methodology itself changes as it improves — a score can change without any news. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Always verify against the underlying documents (we link them) and do your own research before making any financial decision.
Trading securities — especially the volatile, thinly-traded stocks this Service covers — involves substantial risk of loss. Any decision you make, and any loss you incur, is yours alone. You agree not to rely on the Service as the basis for any investment decision.
PumpProof does not accept payment from issuers, promoters, or third parties to cover, score, or omit any security, and does not hold positions in securities while actively covering them in published content. If that policy ever changes for a specific piece of content, the conflict will be disclosed in that content.
You may not scrape, resell, or republish the Service's data at scale without permission; misrepresent PumpProof content as advice from us; use the Service in connection with market manipulation of any kind; or attempt to disrupt the Service. Automated abuse may be rate-limited or blocked.
If you subscribe, we send the emails you asked for (weekly reports, watchlists, and per-ticker score-change alerts). Every email includes an unsubscribe link that works. Alerts are best-effort and can be delayed or missed; they carry the same educational-only status as everything else here.
The Service's scores, text, design, and code are ours or licensed to us. Underlying SEC filings are public records. You may quote or screenshot PumpProof content with attribution; you may not present it as your own or as individualized advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PumpProof and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, arising from your use of the Service. If liability is found notwithstanding the above, it is capped at the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty US dollars.
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do, and continued use after a change is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the operator's state of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: the contact page.
