We collect as little as a working product allows: no ad trackers, no third-party analytics, no cookies for profiling, and we never sell or share your data for marketing. The only personal information we hold is an email address you chose to give us.
Email address — only if you subscribe (weekly report, watchlist, or per-ticker score alerts), stored with the signup date, source, and the tickers you asked to watch. Used solely to send what you asked for.
Aggregate visit counts — our own server counts page views by day, path, and referring site, with bots separated out. This is aggregate math on our own infrastructure: no third-party analytics service, no cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers, and no profile of you.
Standard technical data— our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses transiently to serve and protect the site, as every website's host does. We also use your IP briefly for rate-limiting abuse; we do not store it with your email.
Local storage— a small flag in your own browser remembers things like "already subscribed" so we stop asking. It never leaves your device.
Embedded videos— some Learn pages embed our YouTube videos using YouTube's privacy-enhanced player. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play; if you do, YouTube (Google) processes that playback under its own policy.
Emails are sent through Resend (our email delivery processor) and stored in a database hosted on Cloudflare. Both act on our instructions. We do not give your address to anyone else.
Every email has a working unsubscribe link — one click stops all sends. To have your address and watch list deleted entirely, use the unsubscribe link or ask via the contact page and we will remove the records.
PumpProof is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If our practices change, this page changes first and the date above moves. Material changes to how we use your email will be announced in the email itself before they take effect.
